Top Tips For Dress Confidently.

1.You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile.

On the subject of smiles, remember, the best to any outfit is a smile. It makes you more friendly, it makes you feel more confident, and it makes others feel great around you, too. People are drawn to people who make them feel liked, and a smile is the quickest way to do that.

You do want to make sure nothing is interfering with your gorgeous smile. If you’re wearing lipstick, make sure it isn’t on your teeth. Also, check after every meal to make sure you don’t have any parts  hanging around.

2.Dress Comfortable.

You won’t feel confident in clothes you can’t be yourself. Don’t wear heels if you can’t walk in heels then . If you hate belt bags hanging around your waist then wear a cross body bag. If you just love the simple T-shirt and jeans combo then don’t put on a floral dress. The key to dressing is to feel comfortable in your clothes.

3. Be confident with your body.

Accept the fact that you are not a supermodel -it’s OK to have short legs and 30% body fat. As long as you are taking care of your body, you should be proud of your figure. If you really want lean legs or big butt then work on it! I feel the most confident about my body after a workout, because I know I have worked hard for the body I have right now. Even though I have cellulite on my legs I feel confident in shorts. When you are confident with your shape, dress will be much easier.

4. Have fun with fashion, don’t take yourself too seriously.

Experiment with different styles and popular things. The more you practice the more confidence you feel. Try a few new things every now and then, don’t restrict yourself saying things like I never look good in red or I can’t pull off a baker boy hat – well have you tried it?

5. Consider Your Shape.

Knowing your body shape is another key factor to dressing with confidence. Not everybody needs to be the same size or proportion, but dressing in ways that flatter your  shape can help you strut your stuff. Whether you’re a pear or an apple shape, short or tall, dressing for your shape makes all the difference.

6.Embrace your own style.

Dressing means dressing for you. Your skin tone, your body shape, and yes, your own style.Trends are great guidelines, but they’re just that – guidelines. You don’t have to give up/forget about your personal preferences to fit in the crowd. If you do, chances are you’ll feel awkward, which will hit/affect your confidence greatly.

7. Know what colors look good on you.

The next important factor is to know what looks good on you and what doesn’t. You should know the color that suits you according to your skin tone and hair color. This is because every color doesn’t look good on everyone. The best way to find out the color which suits you is, stand in front of the mirror and try wearing every color which you have in your closet. You will definitely find at least 3 to 4 colors in which the color of the dress makes more complete or perfect your skin tone and you’ll look perfectly beautiful. For instance, if you have a fair skin tone, dark colors will suit you the most or if you have a dark skin tone light colors will go on. If someone has ever told you that “you look really good in that color”, think about/believe wearing that color more often!
